Treatment enquiries from patients, family or friends

Please complete our on-line enquiry form. Centres will not review your case unless you provide sufficient information here. If in doubt you can ask your doctor to submit an enquiry for you.

You can apply to three CyberKnife centres with a single enquiry and select other treatment options as well.

MHL does not own or operate any medical centres and we cannot give medical advice on individual cases.

We welcome enquiries from CyberKnife or other treatment centres wishing to be included in the MHL enquiry service.

Medilux Healthcare Ltd. may discuss with patients and their doctors in general terms their potential suitability of CyberKnife or other treatment for a stated condition but we do not examine or diagnose patients or conduct tests or analysis, nor are we authorised to commit any CyberKnife centre to any specific outcome or precise costing or timing of treatment or to enter into any formal or informal agreement on their behalf. Patients enter into a contract with each CyberKnife centre directly and we will not be liable in any way for the success, failure or other outcome of any treatment or failure to treat or for the accuracy of diagnosis given.
